Hoku, which means "star" in Hawaiian, lives up to her name to the fullest. She is simply one of the most sensational Bruxo daughters. This full Peruvian, 1/2 Accoyo girl, has outstanding bone, luster, coverage, and unbelievable density. And her show record attests to these qualities--in three shows, she has garnered two 1st Place ribbons, and one Reserve Champion. Leraso Farm, where she was born, says she is perhaps the finest Bruxo daughter they have produced to date. Hoku exhibits the same wonderful traits of her sire's previous champion offspring. Like her ½ brothers Macgyver and Helios before her, she sports a beautiful bearded chin and a fleece that's amazingly dense and lustrous. She is covered from ear tip to toenail with this lovely fleece as well. We are extremely excited to add her to our breeding program.
Hoku's first cria, sired by LFA Daland, an Accoyo Jackpot son, is a true knock-out. We couldn't be more pleased with this boy. Like his dam, he is loaded with fleece that is already locking up in both his dam and sire's signature style. And the luster on this guy is what suri breeders dream to get. We can't wait to get him in the show ring.
Hoku is rebred to our full Accoyo Tiago Primo, who is proven to throw champion cria with elite phenotypes and fleeces. Hoku is due to deliver late summer of 2008.
