THANK YOU & CONGRATULATIONS TO KELSEY BROOK ALPACAS (Bainbridge, NY)
for
the purchase of this lovely bred female as part of their starter herd package.
Gretchen is beautiful girl from the Accoyo Pachacuti line. Her sire NWA/Line Padre, a Pachacuti son, carries on his sire's tradition of producing typey looking cria that have all the signature Accoyo traits-- good size, gorgeous heads, and terrific coverage. And this girl got these signature features in spades. She is simply loaded with fleece and sheared over 10 pounds at her very first shearing, a shear weight more commonly associated with large adult males. Her conformation is textbook perfect. Her frame is large yet perfectly balanced and is covered with a lovely white fleece that has a bold style crimp.
Gretchen is being rebred to Mohican our Peruvian Hemingway grandson. Sired by Studmaster NWA Ltd Artero, Mohican produced cria that are large, crimpy and fine. He also appears to be color neutral and passes the color of the dam or the dam's relatives. Gretchen is out of a true black, so a color cria is possible, but one that has the fiber characteristics of a white alpaca.
